A strong believer in dance as the best form of exercise for both mental and physical wellness, Shireen is personally motivated to inspire the community to be actively engaged in this practical artform.
Shireen started to learn social dancing in her late teens. She was fortunate to meet her partner, Alan, who helped her dancing immensely. Together, they pursued competitive dancing and won several major Championships.
As a dance trainer, Shireen is committed to help people learn how to dance happily and keep fit at the same time. She is particularly keen to help ladies and specially created her own ladies’ programs.
As a practitioner, Shireen continues to enjoy dancing as a healthy lifestyle and active learning experience.
